Dmitrieva Ksusha

At the heart of my practice lies the beauty of imperfection and the audacity of naivety. My painting explores a visual language where chromatic fields and botanical forms meet in a free and sensitive style. Color becomes a living substance, while organic and almost wild elements evoke the (im)perfection of life. A dialogue unfolds between control and letting go, between structure and spontaneity, revealing a subtle tension inherent to the human experience.
I thus develop an instinctive approach to color, guided by a unique perception of nuances. My works are characterized by a chromatic depth and a richness of tones that contribute to the construction of a presence that is both vibrant and contemplative.

Born in Moscow, I worked for nine years in advertising, progressing from copywriter to art director. I also have experience in theater and completed a thesis on a performance by the Obraztsov Puppet Theater. My last position was at Jazz Radio in Moscow. In 2018, I decided to dedicate myself fully to artistic creation and define myself as an artist.
Today, I focus on painting, sell my work, and collaborate with interior designers and galleries. I also develop creative concepts and offer consulting services to decorators.
